Important Reminders
-
When the app starts and is connected to internet, verify the Organization Name to confirm that you are logged into your account. The camera will retain the credentials so there is no need to log in each time.
-
We recommend starting the live stream 15 minutes before scheduled start time.
-
Audio will be live on the broadcast any time the microphones are turned on.
-
Once started, do not press “End Stream” until the event is over.
-
Dropped cell connection? Don’t worry, the camera locally records.
-
The mobile kit is not waterproof. Please keep it out of the rain.
-
View web player on your phone to verify stream and audio.
-
Keep the mobile kit plugged in and charging when not in use. Power should be off and the camera should be disconnected.
Troubleshooting
-
If the camera cannot connect to a network, the screen will prompt you to record only. Once the event is complete, contact support to retrieve the video and add it to your dashboard.
-
If the camera will not turn on, the battery may be dead. Connect the camera to the mobile kit with the kit powered on and let the camera charge. Once charged, disconnect the camera from the kit before turning it on to use for an event.
