You can control what information is displayed on your Web Player as well as on your Profile Page. Choose to show or hide various modules such as the upcoming event schedule and stream archive.
Features you can show or hide
- Schedule: If enabled, the schedule feature will appear on your Profile Page. Your audience will be able to see all your upcoming scheduled events, as well as your live events that are in-progress.
- Archive: If enabled, the archive feature will appear on your Profile Page. Your audience will be able to see all of your past events. Note that this is limited to only public & password protected events. Private or record-only events will never be displayed on your Archive.
How to turn these features on or off

From your Dashboard, navigate to the Stream Settings -> Web Player tab.

Scroll down to locate the Customize Your Layout Section. From here you will see the schedule & archive toggles.

Choose the appropriate toggle and turn it on or off depending if you want to show or hide that particular module. If the toggle is grey and towards the left, it is turned off and disabled. If the toggle is blue and towards the right, it is turned on and activated. You choices will automatically save and you will see a green Saved message with a checkbox.
- We strongly recommend that you click the View Profile link and verify that your selections are displaying as intended.
