If you have run out of credits or just need to purchase more, you can now do this directly from the Dashboard. All you need is a valid credit card on file.
Steps to purchase additional (a la carte) credits
1. Click on the '+' button next to the number of Credits that you see in the top of your Dashboard.
2. This should open up a modal that will let you purchase additional credits.
3. In this step you can select the number of credits you wish to purchase. You will clearly see the price per credit you will be charged, as well as the total purchase price.
4. Clicking on Purchase Credits will take you to the next step to confirm your purchase.

5. Confirm the total amount that you will be charged, the number of credits you are purchasing, as well as the credit card that will be charged. Be sure to scroll over if you're not seeing the payment information in full.
- If this is not the correct credit card, you can click the Change Payment Method button and update your billing information.
6. If everything looks good, click Confirm and Pay and your transaction will be processed. This can take several seconds so please be patient and do not hit the refresh or back button. Most transactions should go through in 5 to 10 seconds.


7. If your transaction was successful, you will see a payment successful message and once you close this modal, the number of credits you purchased will be added to your account.

FAQ
- Why don't I see the '+' sign to purchase credits? If you are not seeing the '+' sign, that means you do not have a credit card on file. Please click on the Billing tab in your dashboard, and add a valid credit card.
- Why do I see a 'Transaction Failed' message? The most common reason why your transaction might have failed is because there was something wrong with your payment information. Please click on the Billing tab in your dashboard, and make sure your credit card information is correct including your credit card number, expiration date, CVC code, as well as your zip code.
- Why are these credits more expensive? Credits purchased outside of your subscription are at a higher rate.
