Where can I find information on our current plan?
The Plan Sub-tab, nestled under the Subscription Tab, holds basic plan information and is available to all account users. You are able to view:
- Your Current Annual Plan - Number of credits & when they are added to your account (i.e. 52 Credits/Year)
- Renewal Date - When your plan will renew next
- Produced Event Lead Time - How far in advance you need to schedule a Produced Event
- Credit Length - How many minutes of production your credit is worth (i.e. 60 minutes/ credit)
