Where can I find information on our current plan?
The Billing sub-tab, nestled under the Subscription Tab, holds all of your subscription plan information and is available to only to users with Billing permissions.
On the Billing Tab you will see:
- Renewal Date - When your plan will renew next.
- Your Current Annual Plan - Number of credits & when they are added to your account (i.e. 52 Credits/Year).
- Credit Length - How many minutes of production your credit is worth (i.e. 60 minutes/credit).
- Additional Credit Price - How much each credit will cost if you purchase it outside of your subscription. More on A la Carte Credits here.
- Latest Features - Read about all of our offerings and plan add-ons.
- Subscription - Click the link to view your current and upcoming subscription. *Please note that if your Subscription is blank or it says "canceled", this does not mean your account has been closed. Contact Customer Success if you have any questions.
- Payment Method - Click the link to view your default payment method and update the card on file. Read more about accepted payment methods here.
- Primary Billing Contact - Verify who you would like to receive billing communications from LiveControl. To update your Billing Contact, follow these instructions. *Please note that we can only assign one Primary Billing Contact.
- Invoices - Review and download previously paid invoices.
