Which payment methods are accepted by LiveControl?
LiveControl accepts payment via:
- Credit Card (standard)
- Check
- ACH/Bank Transfer
Active LiveControl accounts are set up so that subscriptions are automatically charged to the payment method on file on the renewal date. The standard payment method is credit card, but we also accept bank transfers and checks. Read on below to learn more.
How can I verify my default payment method?
Steps to Confirm the Credit Card on File

First, login to the LiveControl Dashboard.

Choose Subscription Tab, and then the Billing Sub-tab

Choose View or Update Payment Method

On this page, you may confirm the payment methods on file for each subscription, set a default card, or remove a card.

What do I do if I would like to pay via check or bank transfer instead of credit card?
Steps to Completing a Bank Transfer
At the invoice link, click "Bank Transfer" under the Choose how to pay section. The invoice link can be found in the Subscription -> Billing Tab of your LiveControl Dashboard.
Steps to Sending a Check

Let Customer Success know that you intend to pay via check.
- Note: Invoices are issued automatically via email to the Main Billing Contact on the renewal date.
- Mail the check to:

Please allow ~15 business days for receipt and processing.
- Note: Credits will be automatically added to the account once the check has been fully processed and the invoice marked as paid.
How do I add a new payment method to my account?
Steps to Add a New Credit Card

First, login to the LiveControl Dashboard. Logging in allows you to access the next link.

Then, click this link to add a credit card.
- Go to your LiveControl Dashboard and click the Subscription -> Billing tab to confirm the payment methods on file, set a default card, or remove a card.

Steps to Add a New Bank Account
To add an ACH account, please click here.
Note - this link will require you to log into the Dashboard with a user account that has Billing (or Admin) permissions. Upon logging in, you'll be redirected to a page where you can add the ACH account.

Can't log in?
If you are unable to login to the Dashboard or are unable to see the Billing Tab, you may not have login credentials or the proper account permissions. Please ask your Dashboard administrator create a new user account for you, or collect their login details from them.
