What is the Video Montage Graphics Add-On?
The Video Montage Graphics Add-On enables a video montage to be pulled into the live stream broadcast. Elevate the live stream quality by avoiding shots of in-room screens. This one-time setup enables the videographer to control when the montage is displayed on the broadcast.
How do I use the Video Montage Graphics Add-On?
Set up Video Montage
1. Contact Customer Success to add this feature to your account. It will require a one-time setup with our technical team.
2. We will ask questions about what equipment you use to show graphics in the room.
3. We will mail any hardware that is necessary for the installation.
4. Once hardware is received, you will schedule an installation meeting with our Production Success team. The Add-On will be installed and tested.
5. Once this is complete, the video montage graphics will be available for all future produced events.
Scheduling
There is no need to indicate this add-on during the scheduling process. The videographer will know to utilize the add-on when appropriate.
During Events
On the day of your event, there is nothing for you to do except make sure that your system is playing the graphics in the room as desired. The videographer will show the graphics in the stream as they are shown on the screen in the room.
FAQ
Can Video Montage Graphics work with my in-room video display system?
As long as we can connect an HDMI cable from your system to our encoder, we are able to set up the Video Montage Add-On.
Can I use Video Montage Graphics with any type of event?
This requires a Produced event because the videographer controls when the graphics are brought into the stream.
How does the videographer know when to show the Video Montage Graphics?
The videographer will pull the Video Montage Graphics into the stream when the focus in the room is on the on-site graphics, or when the service has not yet started.
