LiveControl requests an On-Site Technical Contact assignment for all events. We will reach out to this person during the event should issues arise. These issues can include power connectivity, missing or distorted audio, etc.
How to Assign an On-Site Technical Contact to an Event
- When scheduling an event, enable the toggle next to Assign an On-Site Technical Contact.
- Select a specific user from the list. This person will be assigned to this event and we will contact this person should there be any issues during the event.
- Note - In order for one of your users to be listed in the selection box when scheduling events, they must first be characterized as an On-Site Technical Contact. Please click here for more information on assigning contact roles to users.
