What is a Primary Billing Contact?
The Primary Billing Contact is the user who is the sole recipient of all billing emails. The Main Account Holder will be assigned as the Primary Billing Contact unless your team selects otherwise. There is only one Primary Billing Contact per Dashboard account, but you may give multiple users Billing Permissions (See Permissions by User tab).
How to Assign a Primary Billing Technical Contact
- Navigate to the Account Info -> Users tab on your LiveControl Dashboard.
- Choose the Assigned Contacts tab at the top, and then ensure Primary Billing contact is selected from the dropdown box.
- Assign user as needed. There is only one Primary Billing Contact per Dashboard account.
- Be sure to save any changes you make!
