Users receive an invite to create an account to access your LiveControl Dashboard. You may assign users to specific roles, like Billing Contact, or simply give them access to various parts of your Dashboard.
How to add a User
- To create a new user on the Dashboard, navigate to the User tab in the side bar.
- Click the Add User button.
- Complete the form with the user's contact information. All contact information is required.
- When complete, click one of the two buttons to create the user.
Add User Permissions will create the user and then navigate you to the Permissions tab to assign user permissions.
Create User Without Permissions will create the user with no explicit permissions. Permissions can be added later.
