What is Event Registration and the Viewer Download?
You can read about Event Registration and it's benefits in this article. If Event Registration is enabled for your event, LiveControl will capture name and email address for each viewer that watches the event. This information can then be downloaded upon completion of the event in the Content Archive.
How do I download my Event Registration data?
Step by Step Instructions
- Begin by going to the Content Library -> Library tab in your customer dashboard 24-72 hours after your Produced Event.
- Select the Produced Event in which Event Registration was enabled for.
- On the right of the screen, you'll be able to see Event Analytics, along with the Export button in the top right.
- You now have 3 options of downloads, select the third option, "The registered viewers from the event"
- The CSV will automatically download to your computer with First Name, Last Name and email addresses of your registered viewers.
FAQ
Can I do event registration on static events?
At this time, registration is only available for Produced Events.
My viewer number increased after I downloaded the information, why is that?
If a viewer watches the a Registered Event after it is live, their data will also be captured in the analytics. It takes 24-72 hours after the view for the data to update.
Are organizations allowed to remarket to their viewers with the data provided?
Yes, you can market to your audiences using the captured emails.
