You may edit past events via your Content Library. Hide a stream from your public archive, change the name and description, or enable password protection for events after they have been streamed.
Edit a Past Event
- Navigate to the Content Library section on the left side of your Dashboard, and click into the Library tab.
- Click the event you'd like to edit.
- Click Edit to change event details, or click on the appropriate menu.
Add or remove a password
- Click "Privacy"
- Select Password Settings
3. Toggle the Password on or off as needed
4. Hit Save
Make an event private or public
- Select "Privacy"
- Select "Private" or "Public" (whichever is currently selected will appear)
- Your latest selection will automatically save
Note: Selecting Private will hide the recording from the LiveControl Profile Page and will make the viewing link inaccessible to anyone who has it. Anyone with access to the download will of course still have access to the download.
Update the title, cover image, or description
- Select "Settings"
- Select "Edit Event Details" from the drop-down
3. Update the details you wish to change, then hit Save.
