What is the Content Library?
The Content Library is where all your recordings are stored! You may edit, view, share, and download past events, as well as find analytics on your past events.
Library Tab Overview
The Library is where you'll find all your past recordings - previously called the Archive. Use your Library to:
- Leave feedback on past events
- Download videos or share a download link
- Edit past event details
- Make a past event public / private
- Filter or search to easily sort through your content
Use the Search Bar and filtering options to easily sort through your content.
Click on any event to leave feedback, find the download link, or edit the event's details.
Leaving Feedback
We love feedback! Doing so helps us better understand your preferences and help correct any concerns in a timely manner. You may submit feedback for any produced event as soon as it has loaded into the Dashboard Library. The form, once submitted, is reviewed by all of our teams. Please note that we do not reach out to the submitter unless there is follow-up required.
Steps to Submit Feedback
1. Head to the Dashboard Library
2. Select the event for which you wish to give feedback
3. Beneath the event, select the "Leave Feedback" button.
4. You'll have the opportunity to select a thumbs up or thumbs down for videography or technical.
5. If you have any issues to report, selecting thumbs down enables you to share specifics with our team.
6. Finally, select "Leave Feedback" to submit your form.
Downloading & Sharing Past Events
You may easily access a shareable viewing link and/or download the recording straight from the Dashboard library.
Event Analytics
You may view and download individual event analytics or data from the past 90 days via the Library.
