After an event, you can find Download and Share links in your Content Library. Provide the Download Link to anyone who has permission to download a video, or provide the Share link to those wanting to view a stream on the Web Player.
Find Download & Share Links
Navigate to the Content Library section on the left side of your Dashboard, and click into the Library tab.
Click the event you'd like to download or share.
Click Download for the download link, or Sharing for the share link.
To Download: Copy & paste the desired link, or click the Download button to download the file directly.
To Share: Select "Copy" and then paste the link where you would like to share it (i.e. in an email, a text message, etc.).
Other considerations
The video file we make available for download is a high-quality rendition. It might take some time for your video to download depending on length of your video and how fast your internet connection is.
