What is a Produced Event?
Produced Events are LiveControl's signature offering - a multi-camera broadcast where a remote Videographer operates your cameras, panning, tilting, and zooming for a dynamic production.
Produced Events must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance (unless otherwise noted in your contract). You may provide notes to your Videographer through the scheduling flow.

FAQ
Should I leave buffer time when scheduling for the Videographer to prepare?
You should schedule the start time of your stream for the moment you'd like the broadcast to go live. Your Videographer will log into the system and begin preparing at least 30 minutes before the start time that you schedule, so you do not need to leave any buffer time when scheduling.
What happens if I miss my scheduling cutoff?
The cutoff time for scheduling Produced events on the Dashboard is 48 hours (unless otherwise noted on your contract). We guarantee a videographer will be assigned when you follow this scheduling convention. If you need to schedule within your lead time window, please reach out to Support at 310-361-4169 ext 3 or email Support@livecontrol.io with your event details to request a last-minute produced event.
What happens if my event runs past the scheduled end time?
Please refer to the LiveControl Event End Policy. To ensure there are no conflicts with Videographer scheduling, we recommend scheduling your stream start and end times as accurately as possible.
If I cancel a Produced Event, can I receive the credit(s) back?
If the stream is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance, you will receive the credit back automatically. Cancellation within 24 hours will be charged the credit(s).
How do I talk to my Videographer?
We do not currently support a way to speak to your Videographer live during events. We recommend using the Videographer Notes in the scheduling flow to communicate your preferences to your Videographer.
