Share Videographer Notes or a Run of Show (Produced Events Only)
- A Note on Notes: Our videographers are trained to follow the flow of religious services. We recommend that you provide notes for your first event only if you have specific requests. We recommend you see how the videographer produces your first event and add notes for the next service as needed! We trust you'll be impressed by the videographers choices and that you'll need to provide less instruction than you think.
-
Videographer Notes (specific per event): This note section in the scheduling flow is great for including event-specific suggestions like "please get close ups of the person speaking" or "only wide shots when choir is singing". You may also select Production Notes for all events on the Production Notes tab.
- Run of Show (Cue Sheet): Upload your Run of Show in the scheduling flow. Our videographers will do their best to follow the instructions.
-
Intro/Outro Graphics (Produced Events Only)
- If you use intro/outro slides, please toggle this on and upload the slides
Step 2 - Before your event, run several tests
- Schedule a Test event: Test events are 30 minute, single-camera static sessions that can be viewed on a private web player link and scheduled directly on the Dashboard
-
Test Audio: Ensure that your audio mixer is powered on and individual channels, mics and instruments are unmuted. Pull up the private web player link (on the Schedule Tab) to check your feed for sound (check all of your mics and instruments).
-
Test Visuals: Pull up the private web player link (on the Schedule Tab) to check your feed for visuals (placement and lighting).
Step 3 - Check your audio and visual at the start of the stream
-
Check Audio: Ensure that your audio mixer is powered on and individual channels, mics and instruments are unmuted. Pull up your web player to check your feed at the start of the service to ensure you're hearing audio.
