Review this guide before your first mobile app stream on your own device, as there are a few one-time actions that need to be taken before you go live.
Before you get started
Requirements
- Device: iPhone 8 or newer, or iPad with iOS 13 or later
- Operating System: iOS only (Android is not supported at this time)
- Cellular Service: Provided by you
- Accessories: Not included, but you can order your own here!
Steps to setup the mobile app
1. Download the LiveControl App: The first thing you'll need to do is to visit the Apple App Store and download the LiveControl: Mobile Streaming app on your device. We recommend using the latest iPhone as they have the best camera quality and battery life.
2. Launch the App & Sign In: Once you have downloaded & installed the app, please launch it. You'll be prompted to log in, so please enter the username and password associated with your account. This is the same login that you use for your LiveControl Dashboard.
