Sometimes cellular connection may not be available during a mobile stream. In these cases, you'll be prompted to Record Only.
How do I Record Only?
The Record Only option is available both when there is cellular connection and when there is not.
No cellular connection:
- This feature enables you to record the service locally on the device. Once a connection is available, simply upload the recording directly from the app to the original viewing link.
Cellular connection:
- Use this mode to record a previously scheduled event without the risk of the stream dropping -ideal when live streaming isn’t critical.
- You can also start a last-minute recording if you forgot to schedule an event in advance. Note: You’ll need to schedule the event on the Dashboard afterward to generate a viewing link for uploading the recording.
