Before you get started
Requirements
- Device: iPad (provided by LiveControl; ownership transfers to your team)
- Operating System: iOS only (Android is not supported at this time)
- Cellular Service: Must be added by you via your provider

*Note: All equipment is owned by your team. Replacements are your team's responsibility.
Things to note

Stream quality is dependent on:
- Strength of your cellular or WiFi signal
- Your physical location (e.g., walls, tall buildings may affect connectivity)
- Your device's hardware
- Support Limitations: LiveControl Support cannot control stream quality when using the Mobile App.
Steps to setup the mobile app
1. Download the LiveControl App: The first thing you'll need to do is to visit the Apple App Store and download the LiveControl: Mobile Streaming app on your device. We recommend using the latest iPhone as they have the best camera quality and battery life.
2. Launch the App & Sign In: Once you have downloaded & installed the app, please launch it. You'll be prompted to log in, so please enter the username and password associated with your account. This is the same login that you use for your LiveControl Dashboard.
