As soon as you create a new event, we will automatically generate your web player URL so that you can share it with your audience. Follow these steps to learn how you can view your Web Player Event link.
Web Player link on the Scheduling Confirmation Page

From your Dashboard, navigate to the Event Schedule tab and click on the Add New Event button. Follow your usual steps to create your event.

Once your event has been scheduled, you'll see this confirmation screen. There will be a Web Player Link that is displayed on this confirmation page - this is the URL that you can share with your audience.

If someone clicks on this link before your event has started, they will see a timer counting down to the start of your event. Once the countdown hits zero, your event will begin soon.

From your Dashboard, navigate to the Event Schedule tab and click on the gear icon for the event in question. Here you will see a View Event button.

Clicking on this View Event button will open your Web Player in a new window and from there you can copy the URL and share it with your audience. Alternatively, clicking the Share Link button below will allow you to copy and paste the link directly!
