What is the Client Contact Form?
This feature allows you to input a client or family member's contact information when scheduling. The client or family contact will receive automatic emails with the view link ahead of the stream, and will be sent the download link 25 hours after the stream ends.
*This feature is only available for Produced and Mobile Kit Events.
How do I use the Client Contact Form?
This feature needs to be enabled by LiveControl if it is not already on your account. Please contact customersuccess@livecontrol.io to enable the Client Contact Form.
Step by Step Instructions
- Start by logging into your customer dashboard and going to your Event Schedule.
- Click Add New Event, and select Produced Event.
- After inputting your event details on Step 2, fill in the Client Contact information.
- The email & text notifications will be sent to the client or family contact after you complete the final steps to schedule the event.

How can I opt out of the client contact form? What if I don't need the system to email anyone for a specific event?
You may skip the step where you fill out the family member's contact information. If skipped, no emails will be sent. You can manually share the view & download links with the family if needed, or "edit" your event on the Dashboard to add a client contact after the fact.
How long does it take to receive the text and email after you schedule the event?
Both the text message and email should be received within 60 seconds of scheduling the event.
Can I input multiple people to receive the text and email?
Currently, you can only input one person's information to receive the text and email. Simply have the contact forward the message onto as many people as they would would like!
If I update the event information on the LiveControl Dashboard, will the link still remain active?
Yes, all updated event details will still have the same unique link sent via text message or email. However, the contact will not receive a text message or email with the new information.
Can I have the email/text send my website or obituary page instead?
Currently, you can only send the direct link to the specific event on the LiveControl web player. If you wish to share your organization's website or a certain page, you will need to send that information to the contact separately.
How do I enable this feature?
Contact your LiveControl Customer Success Manager to turn this feature on. By default, this is turned off.
