You may delete upcoming events one at a time or in bulk. To delete all events in a recurring series, you only need to select one event from the series - read on below!
Steps to delete a single upcoming event
1. Open the Event Schedule tab on your Dashboard.
2. Click the gear icon to the right of the event, then click Delete Event.
3. Confirm that you'd like to delete the event and offer your reason for deleting the event.
4. A modal will confirm that the deletion was successful, and you may navigate back to the schedule page.
Steps to delete multiple upcoming events
1. Open the Event Schedule tab on your Dashboard.
2. Click on the row of an event to initiate the bulk deletion process. A deletion button will turn red in the left upper corner of the schedule view. Selected events will show a completed checkbox on the left side of the schedule view.
3. Select all of the events on the schedule page that you wish to delete.
4. When you have selected all of the events you wish to delete, select the "Delete Event(s)" button. Confirm the reason for the deletion(s).
5. If any of the event(s) are part of a recurring series, you'll be asked to confirm if you'd like to delete the selected events only, or also the rest of the events in the recurring series.
6. Your selection will be confirmed in a final modal, and then you may return to the schedule page.
Special considerations
- If you delete a Produced Event within 24 hours of the start, the service credit(s) will not be refunded.
You cannot delete a Static Event if it's within 15 minutes of the start time. Call the support number for assistance.

Steps to delete a past event
1. Open the Content Library -> Library tab on your Dashboard.
2. Click into the stream you'd like to delete.
3. Click the Settings menu, then click Delete Event.
4. Confirm that you'd like to delete the event, and the page will refresh.
