- Meet your Customer Success manager and learn what to expect throughout the onboarding process

Site Visit
- LiveControl installer schedules a site visit with your team via email (if using LiveControl's installer partner)
- After the site visit, installation date will be determined

Equipment Shipped
- Final equipment list determined and shipped by LiveControl

Installation
- LiveControl installer schedules a installation with your team via email (if using LiveControl's installer partner)
- Installer returns on your installation date to set up your equipment

Testing - Installation Check Meeting [Zoom Meeting]
- Configure your equipment with the LiveControl Production Success team
- Test your audio, lighting, and network
- See how the stream looks and sounds
- Include your technical team members (those who know your audio system and who will be a LiveControl on-site contact during events)

Dashboard Training [Zoom Meeting]
- Your Customer Success Manager will walk you through LiveControl 101
- Receive Dashboard login information
- Learn how to schedule events, add users, assign on-site technical contacts, and customize your web player
- Include anyone who will be scheduling or interacting with LiveControl

- Schedule and stream your first event

- Receive technical notes and feedback from Production Success
- Refine Production Notes
