1. Login to the LiveControl Dashboard
username: Your Main Account Email
password: Password1
The main account holder email will be your login email and our main point of correspondence for all things LiveControl, including Billing. You may update your Billing Contact in the Billing Tab.
If you need to change the main account holder person/email address at any time, reach out to customersuccess@livecontrol.io.

3. Add Users, Assign Permissions and Assign On-Site Event Contacts to the Account Info tab
This tab is where your contact information lives, as well as your On-Site Event Contacts. These contacts will be our point of contact in case we need to contact a member of your team during a service.
Adding at least one on-site event contact to your Account Info tab prior to your first service is required.
4. Customize your LiveControl Web Player
The instructions in this article will walk you through all the possibilities with your new LiveControl Web Player. You can:
Finalize your web player link (don't change it after today, otherwise you'll lose access to your previous events)
Add your Logo and Background

Decide if you want your Profile Page on/off (most Funeral Homes choose to have this off)
Turn Archive off/on
Set up your Donate button with the proper wording and donation link
Capture your Profile Page or Web Player embed code and add it to your website
5. Set your Scheduling Defaults
Apply scheduling choices to all upcoming events to make scheduling a breeze! Learn how to set up scheduling defaults here.
6. Customize your Production Notes
Review the Production Notes settings to see if there are any changes you'd like to make and apply to all upcoming events - everything is set to "Videographer Discretion" at first. Learn how to review/update Production Notes here.
7. Add your Streaming Destinations (if applicable)
In order for your stream to hit your Facebook, YouTube, or other streaming platforms, please add your destinations to the Destinations Tab. Click here to learn more about adding destinations.
8. Add your Intro/Outro Slides (if applicable)
Set up your required default slides by following these instructions.
