This guide provides a complete overview of installing and connecting IP PTZ cameras with the LiveControl encoder and network equipment. It includes a video walkthrough, equipment list, connection diagram, and step-by-step setup instructions to ensure a smooth installation.

Step-by-Step Installation:
*Please ensure that continuous power (power that remains constant 24/7) is provided to all equipment as we schedule updates outside of your specific event hours.
Step 1: Connect Power to the Router, Switcher, and LiveControl Encoder
Step 2: On the Router, identify the port numbers and connect each port to following:

Step 3: On the switch, identify the port numbers and connect each port to following:

Step 4: Connect port 1 to the back of "Camera 1". See below for an example ethernet port on the camera. If you have more cameras, continue this process for each camera.
Step 5: Connect your soundboard to the provided audio interface via an XLR or 1/4" audio connection. Ensure all knobs are set straight up.
Step 6: Connect the USB cable to the back of the Audio Interface and the other end to the LiveControl Encoder.
The client that they may use headphones connected to the headphone jack on the front of the interface (labeled with the headphone icon) to monitor the audio feed being sent to our encoder.
Step 7: Optional - If instructed, connect the DisplayPort to HDMI adapter into the bottom left port on the back of the encoder.
