What is the Client Contact Form?
This is an automated email that will be sent to your client (a family, community organization, etc.) with the link to view the LiveControl Produced Event. About 1 hour after the stream has ended, the client will be sent an email containing the download link.
Note - this feature is only available for Produced, Produced + Mobile Kit, and Mobile Kit Events.
How do I send, edit or resend a Client Contact Form?
Step by Step Instructions: Adding Client Contact Information when Scheduling for the First Time
Step by Step Instructions: Resending the Client Contact Email
- Start by logging into your customer dashboard and going to your Event Schedule.
- Click the gear icon to the right of the event, and select Resend Client Notification.

Press Resend for the contacts you need to resend to. Doing so will resend the latest communication (before the event, the viewing link; after the event, the download link). The button will change to Sent when pressed.
Troubleshooting Tip: If you do not see the Resend Client Notification button, it's because contact information for the client was not added during booking. To add client contact information to a scheduled event;
- Click the gear icon next to the event, and click Edit.
- Proceed through the scheduling flow until the Client Contact Information modal - enter the contact information for up to three people who should receive the email notifications.
- Continue through the scheduling flow to ensure your changes save.
- Now that you've added contact information, return to the Event Schedule and click the Resend Client Notification button for the contact(s).
Step by Step Instructions: Editing the Client Contact Email Recipient
- Start by logging into your customer dashboard and going to your Event Schedule.
- Click the gear icon next to the event, and click Edit.
- Proceed through the scheduling flow until the Client Contact Information modal - update the contact information for the person who should receive the email notifications.
- Continue through the scheduling flow to ensure your changes save.
- Now that you've added contact information, return to the Event Schedule and click the Resend Client Notification button in the gear icon drop-down menu.
- A modal will appear. Press Resend for the contact in question. When the email is sent, the button will show Sent.
Step by Step Instructions: Resending the Download Email
If you wish to resend the download email, there are two options:
Option 1:
- Head to the Event Schedule >> Past Events Tab.
- Find the event in question.
- Click on the gear icon and choose Resend Client Notification.
Option 2:
- Head to the Content Library >> Library.
- Find the event in question.
- Click Sharing.
- Click Resend Client Notification.

Can I send the notification email to more than one person?
Yes - the email and text can be sent to up to three people.
Can I customize the email body?
The email and text message are not customizable, but the email header will include the logo you've uploaded to your Web Player Tab.
