What is Enterprise Login?
Enterprise Login gives administrators a centralized hub to manage and access multiple LiveControl organizations from a single login. Rather than maintaining separate credentials for each account, Enterprise admins can view all of their organizations in one place and log in to any of them with a single click.
How to Use Enterprise Login
Once Enterprise Login is enabled for your account, here's how to get started:
- Log in to your LiveControl account as usual.
- Upon login, you will be taken to the Enterprise Login dashboard, which displays all organizations associated with your enterprise.

The dashboard shows the following information for each organization:
- CID – Unique identifier for the organization (one per Dashboard)
- Organization – The organization's name
- Locations – Number of locations under that organization
- # of Events Last 30 Days – Recent streaming activity
- Last Stream – Date of the most recent event
- Next Stream – Date of the next scheduled event
- To access an organization, click the Login button next to its name.
- You will be logged in to that organization's LiveControl account and can manage events, settings, and more as normal. You will have admin permissions.
- To return to the Enterprise dashboard, log out and log back in to your Enterprise account.
FAQ
Who can use Enterprise Login?
Enterprise Login is only available to accounts on an Enterprise plan. If you're interested in upgrading, reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
How many organizations can I manage?
There is no set limit — the Enterprise dashboard will display all organizations linked to your enterprise account.
Can I manage events from the Enterprise dashboard directly?
No. The Enterprise dashboard is for navigation only. To manage events, settings, or stream details, click Login next to the desired organization to enter that account.
I have Enterprise Login access. How do I access my profile page?
Your user account will be associated with one main dashboard — this is where you can access your profile page (Account Info Tab). On your profile page, you'll be able to:
- Adjust your name
- Update your contact preferences
- Manage your email notification preferences
- Change your password

What does it mean if "Next Stream" shows N/A?
N/A means there are no upcoming scheduled events for that organization at this time.
Can individual organizations still log in on their own?
Yes. Enterprise Login does not affect how individual organizations access their own accounts. It simply gives Enterprise admins an additional centralized access point. However, if a user is given Enterprise access, they can only login via the Enterprise Dashboard.
What if I don't see an organization I expect to be listed?
Contact customersuccess@livecontrol.io to ensure the organization is properly linked to your enterprise account.
