What is Event Registration?
Event registration allows our clients to gather viewer information prior to the event. Our website will prompt the user for his/her name and email address. Submitting this form will register them for the event and serves as acknowledgement of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Once they agree to those, the registration form prompts viewers to provide:
- First & Last Name
- Email Address
After your event ends, you will have the option to download the registration information directly from your dashboard. You can learn more about the downloading registration information in this article.
*Event Registration is only available for Produced & Mobile Kit Events.
How do I use Event Registration?
Step by Step Instructions
- Start by logging into your customer dashboard and going to your Event Schedule.
- Schedule your Produced Event as normal (this feature is only available for Produced and Mobile Kit Events). Learn more about how to schedule a Produced Event in this article.
- As you go through the standard scheduling flow, there will be a toggle for Event Registration.
- If you would like Event Registration for the event you are scheduling, turn the toggle on (blue checkmark).
- Once you select on for Event Registration, you then have the option to make the registration required or not.
- Optional Registration allows viewers to bypass the registration form and continue to watch the broadcast.
- Required Registration means viewers must complete the form in order to be able to see the broadcast.

Why would I use Event Registration?
Event Registration allows you to track how many people and who joins your produced event. This feature allows you to easily export your data and metrics so you can gain invaluable insights into attendee attendance. This data can then be used for marketing purposes or to continue to cultivate growth within your organization.
Additionally, showcasing registered attendees to other viewers fosters a sense of community and interaction, similar to our Chat feature. Event Registration enhances engagement and audience interaction.

Can I schedule recurring events with registration?
Absolutely! You can utilize the registration feature for recurring events.
Can I require a password and registration for the same event?
Yes, you have the ability to implement both password protection and registration for a single event.
Can I do event registration on static events?
At this time, registration is only available for Produced, Produced + Mobile Kit, and Mobile Kit Events.
Will users need to re-register to view from a different device?
Yes, viewers will need to register separately on each device they plan to use.
Where can I access a list of registered viewers after the event concludes?
The list of registered viewers will be conveniently available in the Event Archive section of each event's individual page.
When will the contact information be ready to view / export?
The contact information will be ready for download in your dashboard within 72 hours of the event ending.
How does this differ from the Chat feature?
Event Registration allows you to obtain viewer information for use after your event. If only the Chat option is on (not Event Registration), viewers will be able to chat during the event with First and Last Names but no contact information will be stored. The Chat feature does not change if Event Registration is selected.
